The best thing to probably do is contact our SEG Team directly and ask for an update, plus supply the full schematic of the battery system etc. You will need to provide this anyway, The longest part of the SEG application is the Export MPAN creation. This can take a few weeks.
In terms of going live, please ignore anything on the online account as the account is just a shell. Again the best thing to do is contact customer services and ask 'what stage is my application at'
The moment that export mpan is created a contract is sent. The online account will show as live as our system thinks it's a live energy account when in-fact its the opposite. We are working on how we can make this more user friendly, some big changes this year, fingers crossed.
