i used emails to complain to O2. I got automatic acknowledgments but no action. So I’ll use email but if no action is forthcoming quickly, I’ll use the phone so I know what is supposed to happen.
A good policy. So far, touch wood, I've not had to resort to the dog & bone with any company. There you go I've put the mockers on it 😂😂😂.
I'm so sorry to hear that you've not had a call back from one of our energy specialists, I know how frustrating this can be for customers.
I'm pleased you were able to find the community and ask your question on here, we have lots of great members full of knowledge but we understand from time to time you need an energy specialist as our wonderful members can't do it all and this is where we come in.
I'm just checking in to see if you were able to get this sorted? if so would love it if you could pop back and let us know how it all went, it will help others that may also be in the same situation.
@geoffers I'm so pleased that you were able to get this sorted and this is the kind of service that we expect so again I'm sorry that @w87906965 did not have the same experience.

We love having you all here in the Community and really hope you find some great advice and help from our other amazing members. As a community team, our main role here is keeping things ticking over, everyone safe and getting involved in some great conversations! We know many of you will have specific queries about your accounts and we want to keep your personal details safe so please don't post them here.

We want to ensure that the community is safe and fair for everyone…
We all work hard to ensure everyone feels respected and supported while using the community, and keep that positive energy flowing. If a member or group is disrupting your experience without a genuine reason, you can report this to the community team quickly and easily by clicking the 3 dots on the post. Don’t worry about a thing, we’ll take it from there. If you get a message from the team about your behaviour, please try to work with us, as all we want to do is make this a positive place for everyone.
