This is getting really ridiculous now. After spending hours on Tuesday night getting this ordeal sorted and being told that the account is closed and not to worry I am now receiving emails from Eon saying the account is still active and asking me to phone them to clear it up.

I'm afraid @Milly_EONNEXT is on holiday today, and I don't want to give you any incorrect information.
