How do I notify you of a bereavement?

Until the property is sold, passed back to the landlord or the council The responsibility will still remain under the customer’s name.Does the supply cut off when a customer passes away?
No, the supply will stay active.What is an estate?
This is everything owned by the person who sadly passed away. The monies may be made up of money, both cash and balances in a bank or building society account, along with any properties owned.What is probate?
Probate is the process of someone gaining the legal right to deal with someone's property, money and possessions (their 'estate') when they pass awayWhat is Confirmation in Scotland?
Confirmation is the equivalent of probate in Scotland, Confirmation is the entire process of administering a deceased person’s estate, this involves organising their money, possessions & distributing them as inheritance after debt & taxes have been paid. We will only need proof of this if you are due a refund above £300.00.How do I request a refund?
