How are you? great to see you on the Community!! I've been a little busier than normal, hence the late reply.
So....That's fantastic news that you have your eligibility confirmed. When the team confirmed your status, did they advise on your agreement/start read? Sometimes it gets missed as there can be alot of data on the email??
If your install has taken place in the last 12 month's then your start read should be zero, there are some cases where it might be higher, with eligibility confirmed we can check what your start read is if you like?
