With the weather getting colder, and no help from the Government. I feel I have been let down by people that are there to help you. and no doubt there are people worse than myself, That needs help. so I have a lung disease that is progressing. The cold and damp weather wont help, so it will be roll the dice time. Do I put the heating on or not.
Don't expect any help from this new Government. They seem to be doing everything they can to stiff pensioners, farmers and businesses.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
the government wants to promote growth but it seems they’re wedded to the idea that things have to get worse before they get better.

Turn the heating on - the government will though only help you when you’ve practically nothing.

Yes, I understand, but it is 85% of single men coming into the country. I could understand if it was families fleeing for a better life. To me, they just want to take and give nothing back.
Well said, and I completely agree. The politicians will be claiming thousands of pounds in expenses for heating allowances etc. They'll be getting more in expenses than many peoples yearly income, but sadly, us 'many people' still have to pay our own heating bills etc out of that yearly income with no 'freebies' or expenses.
