This year's Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is 'Movement' and how we can use the power of movement to help be that little bit kinder to our minds π§ π»
One of the best ways to escape for me and give my mind a break is to go for a walk.
If it's to watch a sunrise or sunset, take a walk by the lakes, or even spend the day in the sunflower fields at Rhossili. Many of my favourite memories are spent here.
As a team we'll be doing our bit by...
- Ditching that screen and incorporate movement into any meetings! Making our team catch ups a walking one β together in person, or popping in our headphones, turning the camera off and taking a walk while we talk.
- Organising a team lunchtime stroll!
