Going by this post here the meter looks like it stays on GMT but the billing will be correct whatever the time of year and you will get the cheap charging rate from midnight to 7am whether in summer or winter. That's how I read it at least.

@markedgar - my meter only seems to have functionality for a single tariff display, so consequently the corresponding cost displayed on the IHD is irrelevant.
However your usage is recorded on the meter in UTC time (ie GMT),so when EOn calculate the bill they allow for the UTC+1 offset in the summertime to select the correct tariff value for the time of use.
So you can treat your charging time as midnight to 7am, as per your "local time" both summer & winter.
You can download and use the Bright app to view your usage/cost, which allows you to override the meter tariff value and enter your daytime & nighttime rates, so you will see the correct costing.
You can also download around 13 months of your ½ hourly usage from their parent website glowmarkt.com in CSV format to load into a spreadsheet, if you're that way inclined 🤓
