We have just moved over from EDF to e-on next and they have requested meter readings. I am unable to find the night rate on our meter and I can't find any help or information relating to our particular meter that was recently installed.
Even though you've now got the method to change the display on the E470, the Night reading will also be displayed when that rate is active.
Your IHD should also have the total meter reading, so I take the total from my IHD and just take the meter reading of whatever rate is active at that time, subtracting this from the total to give the other.
