Hi I topped my gas meter up with £10 online on Friday (08/03/24)morning it said it was successful on the app, Friday evening it was still not showing on my smart meter, so I topped up again the 2nd payment went straight to my meter however the first top up is still not showing although both payments have been debited from my bank account, I received an email receipt for the 2nd top up but not for the first top up, the UTRN reference is showing on the app for the second payment but not the first!
any help would be appreciated

I'm so sorry to hear that there has been a delay in your first top up coming onto your meter. We're looking into this now as there has been one or two instances of this so far.
You won't be able to push this onto your meter without a code but don't worry we can do this for you. Let me know how you get on with customer services as I can see you've been in touch 😊

Hi didn’t receive much of a response from WhatsApp, but was emailing last night, it could not be sorted online so had to ring and send photos of the meter all sorted now thanks
