Just a thought would it not be an idea to download the CSV file using either n3rgy.com or register the Bright app and get it via glowmarkt.com. It might be easier to pick up on any other historical anomalies. It also gives a hard copy for reference. The DCC is obviously receiving data from the meter as Hugo is showing. Just a thought 💡.

@JoeSoap @Mailman @WizzyWigg Hi all, thanks for all your advice and guidance. I have tried signing up to these sites and apps, but the Bright app doesn't seem to want to work. N3rgy wants me to use a IHD which I don't have as the old one broke and no matter how many times I tried to replace it EON wouldn't send me a new one.

One thing I did find odd, I forgot I also use the Loop energy app and according to that it could only get partial data due to an error on the 3rd and 4th of Feb, so the days the high readings came.
Ummm the IHD might be in the loft, I'll pop up there later and have a look. No it just wouldn't do anything when I tried to login. The site might be having a moment ill go on again later. Thanks for all the advice all.Last edited by Theldron; 27-02-24 at 06:30.

Even if the IHD is broken and no longer working, as long as it was the one that was originally paired with the meters they should have its GUID registered, so if N3rgy are validating using that code it should be okLast edited by geoffers; 27-02-24 at 08:04.

Hi all thanks for your continued help. Had a thought on my way into work. The IHD I had was for my previous house I haven't had one for this house as when I asked for it I remember EON saying they couldn't send me a replacement for some reason. -
@WizzyWigg
I've been trying to find out for sure but I cannot remember if Bright just requires for registation the MPAN/MPAS for a property that has the Smart Meters (and connected to the DCC) rather than the GUID from the IHD device. I just cannot remember what I had to do to get Bright up and running although I am fearing that it required at least the GUID having looked at a few posts from MSE just now.
@Theldron have you checked that the DCC can see both of your meters? via smart meter checkLast edited by Mailman; 27-02-24 at 10:41.
