there is a significant price drop from April 1, so it will take a month or so after that for the change to be reflected in our bills
Equally, consumption, particularly on heating, is hi high in the winter months, and although weโre entering Spring again it will take a little time for our charges to decrease. We all need to be a bit more patient.
