Meter Reading update

E.on send my a bill for an estimated meter reading, the bill is under estimated I send them a updated meter reading and they have not updated my bill. But they send me a bill threatening my credit rating.
Please help. -

Best AnswerI realise this is an old thread however I just wanted to post for anyone that comes across this - What should I do if I get an estimated reading?
Traditional Non-Smart Credit Customers
If you come across an estimate in your bill the best thing to do is take a picture of your reading and get in touch with our Energy Specialists over social media or email: How to contact E.ON Next They will update your reading for you and re-bill if necessary.
Smart Meter Credit Customers
If you have a smart meter and you come across an estimate then it could be that we have temporarily lost communication with your smart meter. You should get in touch with our energy specialists with a picture of your reading (from the meter not the in home display) and a picture of the communication hub - they will need to see if there are any lights on the hub.
This will help your query get dealt with quicker. If we've lost communication with your smart meter we will try to fix this remotely first and if not we may need to send an engineer 😊
