We are on Next Drive and would like to know when daily usage and costs can be viewed/downloaded. We were with Octopus previously and could download 1/2 hourly usage so we could see what the car was costing to charge?
@WizzyWigg Didn't have much joy with n3rgy.com as they need the "In home display" code and not had this for a few years, only have actual meter code, do you know if you can use Hildebrand Bright from a normal PC rather than phone, as I find it easier to use PC to download the CSV files, as I could do this with Octopus previously, sorry for all the questions! 😀
You'll have to run Bright on your phone to register. Once registered you can go to glowmarkt.com on your PC to download the CSV file. Fingers crossed as it's a long time since I registered and I can't remember if I had to enter any information from my IHD.

Reason: Extra information
@John0812 Most of those who have an EV on this forum use Hildebrand Bright or n3rgy.com and download the usage CSV file. @geoffers might be able to give you more information when he's around.

Correct - if you're lucky you may be able to view your hourly usage in the EOn app itself but it doesn't seem to work properly for a lot of people, so it's better to download the Bright app, in which you can enter your day & night rates to see your true costings.
Having registered your meters with Bright you can then download your historical half hourly usage in CSV format from their parent website glowmarkt.com 👍
Thanks @geoffers . Hopefully @John0812 will find it useful. There is a way of adding tariffs to Bright for ToU tariffs I think. Not that I have used that function.

Hi @John0812 thinking it through you are probably going require your MAC/GUID/EUI information which is normally on your IHD. I take it you do not have it any longer. The info is often printed somewhere on it. You should in theory be able to get it from customer services if you contact them an tell them the reason for wanting it.
