Is anyone having problems signing up to this tariff? I am a customer and I go through the quote process but it doesn’t find my address when I type in my post code. When I try to sign up to the tariff through my online account, it cycles back to the dashboard page.
I’ve phoned up 3 times and each time I’ve been put through to Next Drive team who only deal with queries/sign ups to their wall charger.
A person I spoke to at Next Drive said they get 10 customers diverted to them each with the same issue. All they can do is escalate each query to senior management who they raise it with EonNext.
I’m on the pledge tracker 12 month v3 tariff so I can’t go to another provider (who can add credit to my account through a work scheme) without paying a penalty.
i didn’t add this originally but I have one account for gas and another for electricity. I didn’t ask for this but it was the way I was set up.
Has anyone else suffered the same issue?

Just tried it on the website (as a new customer) - no problem, however I initially thought it hadn't found the address: I assumed the address list would instantly pop up having entered postcode and pressed <select > but nothing appeared to happen ... You actually have to click on the drop-down to open up the list to then select your address
Thanks for your reply and the drop down only picks up one address. I think that is an issue with where I live as it is a new build estate. I’ve been living at my address for over a year now and I haven’t had a problem with address look up on other sites like Octopus energy

Having worked in IT for a company making use of the Post Office Address (PAF) file, I would suggest that if other companies have no problem with locating your address, then presumably EOn need to update their tables with the latest version of PAF.
My address doesn't come up on energylinx but if i put in the post code followed by the door number, hey presto!! Their system finds me.
It might work for you.

Hi Peter this hasn’t been resolved yet. The last I heard was that someone from the EV team was looking at this and I had a call back scheduled but I haven’t heard anything yet. My new car is in the UK now so I expect to pick it up by the end of next week so time is running out

@vishaldo - rather than waiting for a phone response from your original request (which clearly hasn't/won't happen)... why not just restart the quote process by email.
My application for Next Drive was done via email: I got a response quote pretty quickly and responded to that by return, and was set up on the Drive tariff within a couple of days 👍
It can take a few days to be moved over to the Next Drive tariff once you've selected this due to some work that needs to be completed in the background. You'll know if this is in the process of being done as your online account, next to your current tariff should say "Switch to Next Drive in progress" or something to that effect.
Does it say this when you check your online account next to your current tariff info at all?
