Contacting E.ON Next when there's been a bereavement

    If you think they're bad now now they were infinitely worse a couple of years back. Comments like yours are now thankfully rare, but still probably the tip of the iceberg, as most in your position wouldn't come to the forum to complain. Forum members have helped them to improve a lot, but we only get to know of issues when people like you post about their experiences. So thank you for that, and good luck with probate. Nowadays it seems to be held up while they await the OK from HMRC, who don't enjoy a reputation for being that quick, or that accurate.
