Hi,
I have just been given a replacement key for my pre payment electric meter. The thing is this key is a payzone key and the two shops I can get to and have always used only do paypoint top ups. I have always had a paypoint key in the past and don't understand why this has changed with no notice. What happens now? Do I need to get yet another key that is set up for paypoint so I can go to my local shops, or can this payzone key be used in both systems. Getting to a payzone shop is a real pain as it means having to get a bus!
Please can someone help me.

Pay point and Payzone are just two different brands of top-up service. The branding on the key doesn't matter as it's specific to your meter, not to any particular service provided by a shop.
