I don't have any direct debits set up, but my online account is showing the following as seen in the attachment.

Re your account DD details
Is the above from the Eon Next app OR from the Eon Next website accessed through a browser? If from the app, what happens when you access your account via the website?
Also what happens when you drill down further to your 'Manage my Payments' section particularly via the website. Have they listed someone else's bank details in this section? -
@Mailman it's via a browser. When I select manage payments I get the attached screenshot, which is correct as I don't pay via direct debit

Thanks for the clarification. So how do you pay Eon Next? Is it PORB (Payment on Receipt of Bill)? If it is, when does Eon Next raise your statement each month? Also do you have smart meters and are they read read automatically by Eon Next and on what monthly date? -
@Mailman I pay on receipt of bill, I generate one every few days by sending readings. No smart meters as the gas and electric accounts can't be joined. My current debt is zero

In that case, it should be removed from the account shortly. Keep an eye on it, and if it's still there on Monday pop us a reply and we'll have a look together π
One more question, did you get an email to say that a DD had been set up? Or is it just showing on you account?
