Smart meter woes - double charging help!

    We’ve been told before that there are no supervisors or managers to whom unusual queries can be routed. That to my mind is incredibly stupid - but that’s what we’ve been told.
    Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

    I'm glad that everything is working for you again! 😄 and apologies again that this wasn't resolved for you sooner when you contacted customer services.

    I've sent some feedback to those who you've spoken to, as this is something an Energy Specialist should be able to fix should someone get in touch with us on the rare occasion that this error appears.

    Relevant training will be provided to those that need this so that this shouldn't happen again in future.
