Happy New Year everyone, it would appear that someone who updates the smart meters and displays had one too many over night. I'm on the variable rate, but the gas prices are unreal. The display shows unit rate of 84800p and the daily charge 11200p! Yes, that right, I know it's a simple error. Can you guys get it fixed?

Morning and Happy New Year. You are probably going to have to contact Customer Services. But just before you do it might be worth switching off your IHD switching back on as near as possible to your meters. If you have already done that or it doesn't work, Customer Services can be contacted by various means as per this link: https://eonnext.com/contact
Hi there, thanks for the reply, I disconnected the display from the mains, left if for around 30 mins, and then re-connected it, but no change. I have emailed them. Once again, thanks
