Just a quick update to drop in here, in case anyone may have received an email to opt-in to the #PowerShift Demand Flexibility Service Scheme and was a bit baffled due to being told "It's too late to sign up to this #PowerShift event".
You were probably thinking... "Well you only sent the email to me today, so how am I too late when the event hasn't even taken place yet? 🤨"
We're sorry if you were affected by this previously when receiving the email to sign up for an event.
The good news is... This issue has now been resolved! 😄
Now, when you receive an email inviting you to take part in that day/evening's event, you will now be able to opt-in as long as it's before the event window.
Please let myself, or anyone else on the Community Team know if you see any further issues, so that we can escalate this with our #PowerShift Team.
