Can you remind us what data is showing in any apps you have? That will be nothing to do with the IHD and until that's sorted I don't see how it can definitely be put down to the IHD.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

And me saying the issue is with the gas proxy, or communications between the gas meter and the hub.
I'm convinced it's not the IHD as it's clearly communicating with the hub as all other information is present.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
... Does the Bright App give you live Gas data, to within 30 mins?
Bright is rarely fully up-to-date. Sometimes it can be almost a day out and sometimes almost up to the minute. There can also be gaps that eventually populate.
@JoeSoap I had the Bright app from last year when my Eon Smet2 IHD stopped displaying gas, I've just reinstalled it and it's given me half hourly reads for today, so I'm thinking it could be my Ivie IHD at fault. What do you think?
