I make it £4.54/kWh for the 1st Dec. I should have made more of an effort.
We should be able to agree what the award rate was for every event otherwise something is amiss.
As can be seen from my calculations here my percentage saved works out at 49%, which agrees with their calculation. I was awarded £2.26 for that reduction of what was actually 0.496kWh. Of course, the Bright app figures only go to two decimal places so the calculations can't be completely accurate.
Best I can get it to is £4.56/kWh which is more in agreement with your calculation.
Shall we settle on £4.55/kWh as an average of our calculations 😂
I've amended my results to reflect my more accurate sums.

🧐 NOT good enough - see me after school today, where further instruction awaits on the topic of 'bees and honey'. We shall start off with rounding. 🤣🤣
On a slightly more serious note though I see no harm in Eon Next promulgating the reward basis (£/kWh reduction) for each event with the notification given in the post-event communications. This metric must be known for them to work out the event reward for those that succede.

There is lots of information they could supply but seem unwilling or unable to supply.
I think in order
1. Date of results
2. Actual saving kWh
3. Saving
They manage 1 out of 3 😀. From 2. you can work out most things
And perhaps on the signup page the base kWh. If the base calc is 0.2kWh you probably aren't even going to think about bothering.
Your calculations will be more accurate than mine 👍. Mine are good enough to work out my actual reduction and percentage reduction in order to compare that to what they make it. As long as we roughly agree (which we seem to) then I’m ok with that.
As for the £/kWh reward rate, we have no influence over that and can only accept what they give us. We’re only calculating it out of curiosity of course. It would be nice if they told us a bit more though.
