I've got my first ever invite to join the #EnergyShift tonight, so the Christmas lights are off, the Tele is off, dinner is made and ready to be served to the children who have just got back from a pantomime!
Well, I wasn’t going to make a fuss… anyway, we all went into town at 4.30pm and didn’t get home until 6.10pm and all lights were off for the duration. No oven, kettle, microwave, w/m, d/w or tumble. Off to a good start. Got home and politely asked for water for tea to be boiled on the gas hob and for the oven to stay off until 6.30pm. I calculate I used under 50% of average over 8 days. If I don’t get over £1 then…

Hi we joined the scheme with our first try 29 November. Second was 1 December ( both for 20% reduction)
We got an email on 1 December to say we beat our target and got £1.12. We dont know if this was for 29th November or 1 December. Both nights we sat in the dark apart from Christmas tree lights with no heating on etc
Do you get emails with results even if you don't reach your target?
We've just received another invitation for tonight - 5 December. Don't know if it's worth another hour in the dark if we aren't going to get any results - either way?

Almost certainly your email would be referring to 29 Nov but it would be helpful if they actually specified that on the results email.
Those who fail also get notified of the fact... that said, there has been error in calculating percentages so those who reduced by more than 20% yet got told they failed may get a follow-up email correcting the error. All been a bit of a mess so far.
I've participated in the same events as you and have had one result with an award of £1.98, presumably for 29 Nov, and I've got an invite for this evening too so I'll give it a go.
