No. If the current sensing element has failed, then it can't record anything. The meter is faulty and needs replacing. Simple as that.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

@maxamus73 Thank you for the update. If the meter is stuck on a read then this needs an appointment to be booked. I would call one of our Energy Specialists and stress that it is the meter itself that is stuck and not the In Home Display. They may ask for a picture of the meter display - but they should book this for you.
