As I was contacted via text and e-mail by TellJo, and on clicking the link (after confirming the link was legitimate!) the first thing that came up was my first name, and you must have passed on my phone number and e-mail address for them to contact me.

We are allowed to share certain data with third party companies such as an email address or a contact number however you can choose to opt out of these via your online account. If you'd like to opt out of any marketing or third party incentives/ involvements just let us know and we can opt you out. We can also remove any numbers or email addresses entirely if that's what you'd prefer 😊

I just had the SMS from E.On Next this morning so gave it a whirl. I'm on the PSR as one of the household is disabled and suffers with complex medical issues.
The TellJo survey indicated that I have a High need for extra support. But the 'support options' signposted to me were of no use whatsoever!
I'm already conversant with .gov services, don't need pension advice and certainly don't need assistance with benefits!
So rather a pointless exercise in my circumstances, but thank you for asking anyway.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

@Anasa_EONNext I did use this service. Helped update my needs to eon. Most of other stuff I already knew or didn't apply to me but a check up is always a good idea. Appreciate this from eon
