I keep getting spam email from someone purporting to be "Beki" the "Community Manager". I received 11 emails (all the same) between 19:00 and 03:40 last night. They look genuine, but have raised my suspicions due to the timing, quantity and content.
The email states;
'If a member or group is disrupting your experience, you can report this to the Community Team quickly and easily by sending us a direct message.' However, they pointedly do not tell me how to direct message them.
I realise I might be chasing my tail by posting on the community, but how do I report them to Eon ?
