Hi I have a Secure Liberty 101 (NOT 100) smart meter installed as I have now moved to
credit meter from prepayment. It is as far as I know a credit rather than Smart meter.
My question is, when I press 6 to go through the readings, I get 'import register 01' and 'import register 02' readings'. On the 100 secure liberty (the one I haven't got, that is all over youtube while my one isn't), R1 is night and R2 is day for readings, but I have over time seen the 'import register 1' go up during the day on my 101. Can I assume this is the day rather than night reading ?
There doesn’t seem to be a standard of what is night and what is day on different meters and/or tariffs. The best way is to check the 01 and 02 readings during the day and boil a kettle or two. If it 01 gains then that is your day reading. If 02 gains then that is your day reading. In your case it seems 01 is day.
Check again and then monitor your bills to be sure.

Reason: Added a bit
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
@JoeSoap
Its OK the 02 tariff is the day reading and the 01 the night on my particular meter ( which is NOT the one on youtube, mine is the 101 meter not the 100 on ALL the youtube videos). You press no. 6 button and it goes through the readings before going out. The "Active price T1" is active on the weekend and nights, at 00007, and "Active price T2" is active during weekdays at 00011 till about 01.30am when "T1" kicks back in. It took me a while to work all this out but there it is. Thanks for helping me
