My billing cycle goes to 21st of the month and, regular as clockwork, I get a statement on 22nd. Nothing this month - is this normal or is there an issue with my smart meter.
Afternoon @TonyGreer and welcome. This can happen from time to time. I would submit manual readings via online account or app. That should trigger off payment and a statement. Normally the process takes 24 hours.
In future if you pop on to your online account you can see your meter readings by clicking view my meter reading history on the dashboard.
You will be able to see if we have received your readings from there. If you spot a problem or notice we haven't been getting reads then as @WizzyWigg has mentioned you can submit a manual reading online too ๐

No, I had to manually upload my readings. I have just seen a message from Eon saying they can't communicate with my meter so I'm going to have to bang it against the wall a few times to wake it up (figuratively, not literally).
