Next Pledge Tracker 12m V2 Incorrect Tariff Price Communications

    Its come to light that there maybe a few customers who have renewed their tariff online have been sent incorrect prices on their renewal email/letter and are different to what they accepted on their online quote.

    The affected tariffs are - Next Pledge Tracker 12m V2 The prices online are showing the prices as of 1st October and the letters/emails show the current prices.

    We're working through all of these and I'll update once resolved. Please be assured you'll be charged the quoted online price and not the price in the email/letter.
