This is quite common. Contact customer service by any means in the Contact Us section in the purple area at the bottom of this page and request a smart meter tariff update. Sometimes it works but sadly there are issues surrounding this so sometimes it doesn’t work.

Hi, My new tariff started on 11 Sept but the IHD is still showing the old tariff. How does this get updated please?
Afternoon. It can sometimes take a few days to update new tariffs. Might be worth checking to see what the tariffs you have on the meters themselves, not the IHD, if possible. If those are still the old then you can send an email to hi@eonnext.com asking for a tariff update include your account details.
