@geoffers I know you are in the same situation as me. Am totally blind as to breakdown. If it wasn't for you, I would still be charging my car at 00:00 - 07:00, incurring a one hour peak rate. This is the problem, can't see my Peak / Off Peak charges. I know I can look at Bright/Loop & Hugo, but that is not the point. Customer's shouldn't have to do this. Keep in touch, to let me know how it is going.

I know it's dead confusing, and won't be sorted until we actually see the true breakdown.
I've actually gone back to setting my EV charging timer to run from midnight - 7am local time (ie BST in the summer and GMT in the winter)
I know the data is actually recorded on the meter in UTC time, but have made the assumption that EOn will correct the times to BST in the summer when calculating the bills.
The wording on their publicity for the Next Drive tariff (although still open to interpretation) had been changed to say something like "charging from midnight to seven, irrespective of summer or winter time"
@geoffers ... I would still be charging my car at 00:00 - 07:00, incurring a one hour peak rate.
I've just revisited my spreadsheet analysis (doing the calculations both ways) and in fact in my case it only makes it about £1 more expensive per monthly billing period if the calculation is done based on GMT timings. Obviously YMMV!
The good news is that my BST calculations exactly match the "Bright" calculations to the nearest penny, having added my tariff values into the Bright app (which does adjust the timings to BST in the summer)
@geoffers Is it just me, or are others having the same problem. Not sure if it is the App, for all Next customer's or just Drive, but it sometimes stops getting daily readings. The only way I can get the reading's is to uninstall the the App and then install again. Obviously a bug.

@snellijw I've never had a problem with the Bright app, so maybe it's device specific.
Maybe try to "force stop" the app and restart it (if you're Android press&hold the app icon, select the info {circle with an i} then select force stop)

@snellijw - at last I've had an email from customer services with a screenshot from their system, of charges/usage over the last ~10weeks and the good news is it's spot on. 👍
(Note that the 12-7 charging period does appear to be valid for BST, so you shouldn't need to apply the off-set to allow for this)
They're apparently still working on getting the normal statement creation up and running.
@Pete65 I've just moved to smart meter and next drive a day later. I have exactly the same problem. Display does not hold or use overnight tariff. So all costs are meaningless. Might as well switch display off.
Ignore the costs. The IHD's are better used for just monitoring consumption in kWh. Most folk with the Drive tariff can't seem to have the IHD show different TOU tariffs, but according to those that have had Drive for a while, the billing is correct to the appropriate tariff, when if the IHD hasn't got a clue.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

@Chris13579 - e.ON don't seem to be able to update the dual rate tariff onto our meters - hence the IHD picks up the wrong rate from the meter.
You'll hear a lot of discussion about using the Bright app to monitor your costs - this also picks up the incorrect tariff from your meter, but it does now give you the option to override this and to enter your dual rate "time of use" tariff, so you can actually see what your costs are in Bright (albeit only for the previous day and earlier)
