As a rough guide how long will it be before the SEG is activated. I completed the application with all the associated photo's a couple of weeks ago. Last week I did phone to confirm that it had been received and that my attachments were correct, which they were. Unfortunately at the time the chap I spoke to couldn't tell me anymore
How long until SEG is activated after sending application for Next Export Exclusive?

It can take up to 21 days to set up once we have all the info! From what you said it looks like we've got everything we need so it's just a case of waiting for the set up to complete! A little birdie tells me you should be hearing from the team with an update shortly!

Times can vary, the average time of a new application is anywhere between 2-8 weeks. The FIT/SEG team are in their 2nd busiest period of the year at the moment this could be why it's taking longer than it usually would.
21 days is more of a realistic target and the 8 weeks being the max it can take, each application is different.
There are also other factors to take into consideration, as you say your attachments, are they correct, do they match the databases etc. Not to worry though because the application will backdate to the date you applied. This is providing the time can set eligibility, however even if they couldn't you would still receive a 12 month contract from the day eligibility was set, does that make sense?
Keep me updated if you hear anything back from the team, the good news is the team has your application and they will get to you as soon as possible.

Level 607-09-23@LeeDQ_EONNext Thank you. I think this may be out of EON's hands but I along with many other would be interested to see what the time scale would be. As you said the SEG would be back dated to the date of my application it's not a big deal.

Community Team07-09-23@digger I'm told an MPAN creation wouldn't delay an application, hours to a few days. Unless there was an issue somewhere etc.
