@digger I have been waiting since the 21st of August. All docs/photos sent. Impossible to actually speak to the SEG team. I have e mailed/telephoned but they won't put me through to SEG team, poor service.
@MelS Hi I applied August 23rd for Eon Next export exclusive and I received confirmation on 4th Sept that a new account was being set up. I did have some issues and sent a query and this was the reply 'Please can you send your query to hi@eonnext.com but in the subject please put SEG to make sure you get to the right team' and it's worked so far.
@digger thank you. I have done this already. My application seems complicated as I already have FIT but I have done everything they have asked so I'm unsure what the delay is. Were you able to speak with the actual SEG team as they seem very illusive.
No I have never spoken to anyone. It's either by email of facebook messenger though that isn't very effective even though I am apparently messaging an energy specialist!
@LeeDQ_EONNext I have progress I hope. I should be getting a cheque within the next few days for my export. I will report back if this happens or not. I was also told that EON should be able to auto read my export reading before my next manual reading in Feb 24.
@digger I would take an export read just in case on that day or when it's due etc, if you don't receive the cheque in the next few days let me know. I will try to find out what's going on. I always used to say 14 days from the read being processed, most of the time these are sent within 7 days however sometimes can be a bit longer.
Was there not the option to have the payment sent to your bank account, this may have been on the application.
Hi I don't remember being given the option to be paid into the bank account my DD is taken from, only being paid by cheque. But just in case I have just checked and it's not there. On 8th Nov I received a message that I was being sent a cheque for my SEG.
