Anyone else got issues getting Face ID to work with the app? Everytime I log in it asks if I want to enable Face ID which I always say yes to. All shows as enabled in the app and Iphone settings - next time I login it wants username and password again.
@BlackpoolCerberus Anasa here 👋 It's great to have you and see you getting involved in the Community! 😊 Sorry to hear you're having App issues with the face ID. Are you still having these issues? I know you've already checked everything is enabled but it might be worth just double checking if you're still having issues to make sure you've got all the right boxes ticked!

Same on Android - it asks if I want to use my fingerprint in the future : takes an age for it to present the onscreen fingerprint pad (by which time you've probably responded two or three times to the request causing the fingerprint to be presented two or three times 🤐) - then it never remembers for the next time you open the app ☹️
