If you've logged in to your online account recently you may have come across a new feature: Account Health Check
What is the "Account Health Check" feature about?
Each time you log in to your online account the system will run a health check on the following:- Payments - Are you paying the right amount
- Tariffs - Are you eligible for renewal at the moment
- Smart Meter - Is your smart meter communicating with us
How will I know if my account is in good health?
If there is an issue then it will show a little red warning icon and will let you know there and then that there's an issue. At this point it will also give you some steps to follow to get the problem sorted. If everything is up to date and your account is healthy the bar at the top will say everything is ok and it will appear with a green icon.
I have fixed something that was pointed out in my last health check how long before my account updates?
If you have already made a change on the account since your last health check then you should see this the next time you log in, your health check status should change to green at this point to tell your account is now healthy! Why can't I find this in my account?
If the feature is available to you then you will be able to see this in the navigation bar at the top of your online account.Don't worry if you haven't seen this yet it's still in the early stages and is only showing for customers who have a smart meter and pay by direct debit at the moment but keep an eye on this thread (you can click the 3 dots to subscribe) as we will keep this thread updated when this changes!
