Thankyou, I totally respect the help you are giving me. However, I am familiar with that website AND. I already have energy saving light bulbs,I have a one cup kettle, I'm in a newish build so it's very well insulated. I don't bath, I shower, I live on my own in a one bed flat. I only use the light on the room im in. I don't have a tumble dryer. I prob use my washing machine once or twice a week and only ever on 30. I don't have a dish washer and I have a brand new energy efficient boiler. I really don't know what else I can do. I rarely use my oven if ever. I've always been really good with turning plugs off at the wall. I'm doing everything I should be. I'm getting to a point where I simply cannot afford to pay my bills. And I'm asking eon to help me.

I can recommend the Bright app for looking at historical, ½ hourly usage, but for real time power usage I recommend a smart plug such as the TP-link Tapo TP110 which I got from Amazon for £9.99

They have a simple phone app so you can schedule devices to come on/off at set schedule times or after a timer; control devices remotely etc

But best of all they give you a real time display on the phone of that device's current power usage, and a historical record too

So you can plug in various devices and see how much power that they use, eg your kettle for 5mins or your washing machine for say 45 mins etc

I'm going to look right now. Seems it might be the way forward as Eon have been bsolutely useless.
