Ahh - sorry as I've chosen not to go for the fixed tariff, I didn't realise the regional pricing isn't available for them publicly.
No prob. I’m pretty sure it’s non-DD rates showing on the IHD. Close enough for me so I’m not going to risk more problems by asking for another update. Once bitten… 🤔😂
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Info from Bright appears all there with the following caveats:
Tariffs are slightly out in line with the rates showing on my IHD so they are both consistent in this respect - i.e. they are both incorrect.
kWh usage via Bright is close to but not identical to usage that I see on my historic usage numbers on the IHD but I'm not really bothered by this as the usage figures for both utilities reconcile to the monthly reading increment between the smart reads (taking into account whatever the gas CV average is for the period). Possibly DCC records usage a la GMT whereas the IHD might be using BST so this may be another reason for a slight difference on the daily numbers.
Thanks for that info. All in line with what I see except that the last day of full usage data is 7th July. There is a message on the home page saying, “We currently can’t show your recent daily electricity usage, please try again later.”
It doesn’t mention gas although that too has not shown any usage since 7th July. Very odd.
Hannah here 👋 can I just check that everyone other than @WizzyWigg has the correct tariff data on their IHD?
I assume you would've all done this 💡, but have you all deleted and reinstalled these apps?
Hi @Han_EONNext Just to let you know that I have deleted and reinstalled the Eon Next app and still no usage data since 7th July apart from a smidge of electricity on 8th July. Also, @TomW is having issues as detailed here
Tariff rates on IHD still look like non-DD rates but @Liverpool22 seems to have finally had some success here
