Hi could somebody please help me.
I moved to a new tariff on July 01st its the Next Loyalty fixed V4 tariff.
My smart meter IHD is not displaying the correct tariff prices.
Could somebody please push through an update so that the correct prices are displaying on the IHD.

it's out by quite a lot too be honest, I have no idea when it was last updated as I've only just recently come off a fixed tariff which I had been on for the previous year.
If you request an update then you will probably get your IHD updated to somewhere closer than where it is now. That will give you a better idea of costs. I requested the update by email and the IHD updated by the next morning.

You can try emailing hi@eonnext.com and ask for a manual tariff update. Include all your account details in it's body. I'm afraid it hasn't worked for us so far, but do try and let us know. It can take 3-4days to take effect. This is a known issue by the IT team. 👴
