It's ridiculous, no sign of the £20 but they've applied two £75 exit fees to my account! This means there won't be enough to cover my imminent bill.

You could try WhatsApp or Twitter. They are 24/7.

I have a whole thread on my experience of trying to get an IHD update, as linked above by @WizzyWigg. I too had exit fees applied (and my monthly DD increased) when I persisted in asking for an update... see here for details. I tried to advise against chasing the updates too much as someone will eventually try tinkering with your account to get what you are persistently requesting, even though there's a known issue with updates.
To anyone reading this I would strongly advise against persisting in asking for IHD updates and to just be patient until there's a fix.

I think there used to be a button that the OP could use to select an answer as the best one. I can't see one on my original thread so could update my opening post. I think Nexties can select a best answer. -

Thanks for that. Thought there was originally a button but I can't see one either. Having the Best Answer flash might just make one think twice before continually trying. I'm sure there are going to be many more. 🙁 By the way there are still no cracks here. 😂 -

@JoeSoap I hope you got your increased direct debit soughted and that wasn't another headache! Apparently, I don't have enough issues to speak to a manager "they probably won't ring me" unbelievable!
