Hi all, I'm in exactly the same situation with that tariff and the messenger staff must be fed up with me, the number of updates I've asked them to put through!
If only they would release a statement confirming what is happening and that they're working to resolve it would help to keep us calm.
It's hit or miss who you get to help, did anyone get them to put through a manual update and did it work?
My other gripe is when I accepted the "loyalty fixed rate" my direct debit didn't change to the one advertised, did anyone else have this issue?
Finally, did anyone else get the email stating we'd get £20 following them offering the July "flex" rates early, when will we get that, does anyone know?
@JoeSoap the £20 related to them offering next flex rates pre July and lots of people accepted them, only to find the rates stayed the same as they already had! Trouble was when queried the staff didn't know what we were talking about, anyway mid June we received an email confirming their mistake and as a gesture we'd get £20. I'm still waiting been told by CS "will be on statement then" so we'll see.
Why is it so difficult for them to get things right or even update their own staff on issues so that they can answer queries properly!?
