My comms hub rebooted yesterday lunchtime 🤔. Firmware update?????
It's always possible but that outage was for six hours up until 2am on 2nd November. My data didn't stop until after 1pm on 2nd Nov. Looking further to hourly data, I can see it came back just before midnight on 4 Nov. No data for today when 'day' is selected but all there since midnight if I select 'hour' 🤔.
Anyway, I'm happy it came back at midnight as there's obviously comms today so I might just get my meters read automatically 🤞

Mmmmm! That's what we were told but sometimes things don't go quite to plan. 🤔 The title of this thread has a clue in it 😂😂😂😂😂.
You mentioned elsewhere that you have data showing now. Does that mean you get smart readings pulled?
At the moment just for electric but haven't had a gas reading pulled for months. Data comes and goes haven't had a month for ages without "gaps" somewhere. I know I shouldn't have said but I have had data for both since the 2nd of Nov. That should put the mockers on it. Back to "no data" . 😂😂😂
