Yep! The usage info is in the app of course and is always a few days out of date so I always use Bright for that.
I've never really looked for transactions and statements appearing and just accept them when they appear. This time though, the pessimist in me is thinking the readings haven't been pulled and the statement isn't going to appear 🤔I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
Thanks for that. Looks a bit long-winded just to put something on the forum. Probably quicker to take a photo and upload it. I now know where to find the way to do it should I ever need it though 👍 -

I use ctrl +printscreen to capture then open word (or similar) and paste it in. then use picture tools to crop. Been doing it so many years its second nature now.
Was it you who introduced me to the snipping tool - that's good too?Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Ok dear reader, it’s now the evening of the day after my smart readings would normally be pulled to produce a bill. It hasn’t happened and now it’s the weekend. I have a decision to make if nothing happens by Monday.
I’ll likely submit manual reads to produce a bill and then give it until maybe after my monthly DD gets credited before I try to get some progress on getting monthly smart reads taken automatically. -
I spoke too soon. I have just checked on my Eon Next app, expecting to find no change, and was pleasantly surprised. Meter readings have been taken and there are transactions showing I have been charged for gas and electricity on 5 October. No statement as yet but I’m now confident one will be produced in the next couple of days.
Fifteen weeks after requesting a tariff update I am now confident my smart meters are working as they should, with the correct tariff. It’s a real shame I still have a two month gap in my usage history and have no idea how to get that populated. If that happens it will be the icing on the cake 🧁.
