@geoffers
Blow me down. It looks like that ticket you sent might have done the job and hence you could do what you did this morning. I've just seen an update on my steam powered brick for an update for bug fix and enhanced functionality for adding tariffs. Not that I would need to make use of it myself. 👍👍
A little bit more progress... my engineer appointment confirmation message for 28 Sep has disappeared from my online account. That's another thing off my mind 👍
But I have all that in my spreadsheet. I bet the Bright App can't show you the relative savings (or otherwise) if you had stayed on a different tariff or project savings (or otherwise) for different tariff options going forward?
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

Spot on. It's an app and will never have the capability of replacing the human/spreadsheet interface. 👽
PS. I was only playing. Wanted to see why it had been updated.
@geoffers Actually the data Bright data was updated at 2 am this morning, and my entered ToU rates are effective from midnight...
So "bingo" - Bright is now showing the correct cost analysis for my energy usage. I now just need to see if I can back-date the effective tariff start-date to July for a full cost analyst
WooHoo - I've managed to backdate the tariff to July, so can now compare the Bright app reported costs to my spreadsheet (which should be identical)
Then the only missing link is an actual bill/statement from EOn, for which I've sent a request to cust services (as I've had 2 months with gas statements, but no leccy statements)

Fandabbydosey. Onward and forward. It's been a positive week. 🤗
