Funny thing is though, I get three ticks and a message saying All’s Good 😂 How about data in the apps? Do you have any up to date stuff? -

Hi Lee, long time no type. Just a thought. If I log into my online account it gives me three ticks and tells me, 'All's Good'... even the smart meters get a tick. Couple that with the fact that according to the Citizens Advice Smart Meter Checker both my meters are working in smart mode.
Is it worth flagging that info to the smart meter team? I worry that the engineer might just swap the meters and IHD to something inferior to what I've already got when the checks by Citizens Advice and Eon Next (through the online account health checks) say my meters are fine.
Any thoughts appreciated as usual. -
I'm just baffled with it all. Hopefully @LeeDQ_EONNext will be able to do some digging and shine some light on what these smart meter checks in the account and on Citizens Advice actually prove. -
