Well, I've had an update! There was an issue with price change messaging that was sent to the IHD's. That's been fixed and we're currently in the process of making sure that those customers who are on SVT are sent the right prices. This may have been the update that @solidbond has seen this morning. They're still working on this, over the next couple of days, so hopefully you're in that batch @JoeSoap.
We still have an issue where a customer may change agreement (e.g. SVT to Fixed) and the change of tariff process isn't automatically going through to the IHD's but this can be resolved if our Energy Specialists push the 'Change of Tariff' command to the meter, so just let us know 💪
After sending requested IHD pictures yesterday, I’ve just had a reply from CS saying…
“Thanks for the pictures. I've sent this off to the SMART metering team. They will look into the issue, and attempt a fix. Once we get an update, we'll let you know.’’
I wonder if I’ll get a swift explanation that matches yours 🤔

We sent your account and some others on this thread that had been affected and it doesn't lie with the 'smart metering team' as such. It lies more with the tech team, within the smart team... 🤯
I feel I’ve got so many irons in the fire with CS, complaints, Smart Team, Tech Team, @LeeDQ_EONNext and your good self that I start to wonder if they’ll all cancel each other out 😂
