Now then that's sounds way too sensible. 😂 But of course you realise that means you have control over the technology. Deep breath in! 😯 Is that allowed!????! 👽

You don't have to have 'control of the technology' to manually input data into a tariff register.
I manually enter my tariff details into my LibreCalc spreadsheet on my Windows 10 tablet. It's not rocket science!
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

I know but one shouldn't have to do anything. 😂 The technology is there to do it all for you. 😂 You can just sit back and enjoy life. By adding your own tariffs means you are doing the tech out of a job. 😥
Morning @JoeSoap . Well tariffs have changed but are showing roughly 6p higher (including SCs) than V4 Fixed, with the exception of the gas tariff which is 0.19p higher. I did specify in my email that on DD. I shall do what they said and review again in 24 hours. I'll keep you updated. 🖖🖖👽. I'm glad I don't rely on this tech. 😂
PS. I better just say I've got the old NPower setup, SMETS1 meters with a Duet II.
I’ve never heard of this issue before. Sometimes it takes time for the rates to adjust and sometimes one fuel rate changes before the other but I’ve never seen them change to the wrong rates and then change to the correct rates later.
My daily charges are 5 or 6p higher than they should be but the unit rates are only a bit higher by about 2p for electric and 0.4p for gas.
It would be lovely to see where these figures come from. At this moment they almost seem random. They aren't but it must be confusing for some customers. Let's see how things pan out. 👴
You never know our colleagues might see the connection. 😉
Yes but later in the thread it says things are expected to be 'working as normal by now' (4 weeks ago) and a manual push should do the trick. A manual push is what we requested.
