The most important tariff is the one you see on your online account or app. I've had the wrong tariffs on my IHD for months. My billing is always correct. Please keep us updated, on this forum, on how you get on with your Manual Update request.

I got an update overnight, but the tariffs are still not showing correctly despite getting closer to my actual tariff.
Hopefully they'll improve again with another push update.
I have switched my Smart Meter off, so I'll see if anything changes once I switch it back on, to give it a reboot! Probably not, but worth a try!

Afternoon. I take it you switched your IHD (In Home Display) off to see if it makes any difference. Let us know if it does, sorry but I'm not going to hold my breath. 😉 It is possible you might see some further changes, (not necessarily what you want), as it can take 48 hours. Please keep us updated.

If your rates on the IHD are pretty close to your actual tariff then that is most likely due to it showing non-DD rates. This is the ongoing issue that is being looked into by the tech team. Your bills will be based on your real tariff as shown in your account.
I think you just have to join our ever growing club and be patient until there’s a fix.
My IHD updated overnight as well. Great 😁 and I was about to praise the backend for getting things done efficiently. Online account shows the correct tariff and the correct rates.
The IHD shows the correct rates for Next Flex DD for my region. 😁
Trouble is the rates are wrong 😫 I'm on Next Loyalty Fixed v4 as of midnight last night. I was never on the updated July 1st tariff of Next Flex as I became a V4 customer on the stroke of midnight.
Personally I'm not at all bothered that they show the wrong rates (I use the IHD for daily consumption in kWh) but I can imagine that for a good proportion of customers this may be an issue.

I’m wondering, as the rates on your IHD have updated to DD rates, albeit the wrong tariff, if the issue with the updates being non-DD rates when they shouldn’t be has been resolved.
