Anyone else not able to log into their account. I tried re setting password but would not let me. I rang eon and they tried sent link to re set password but it did not work. She said it was their end but after a week still cannot log in
Update. I switched off vpn and was able to log in

Hello @melgina Anasa here 👋 Sorry to hear that you had a bit of trouble login on 😞 I can see that you've been able to disconnect your VPN and are now logged back in so super pleased to hear this!.😁
Just a heads up..
Logging in with a VPN is not something that you can do on our website or App so we do ask everyone that is having issues to disconnect from their VPN but if after they have and are still having issues we're looking into this. (I can see that @WizzyWigg tagged you into the post- thank you! )
