Bennie, I am becoming increasingly concerned regarding the service from your colleagues. I was telephoned by Victoria and What's App from Zac, confirming you were switching me to Loyalty v4, now I receive a Whats App from Manny asking do I want to see the unit rates "even though I am not eligible for that contract."
What is going on.? Do your staff not work together and read notes on my account? -
@Johnh1995 Thank you for sharing your update. I think it is really important for you to receive the details by email. That way you can be reassured that you will be on the correct tariff and it is a peace of mind for yourself. If you have been in touch with Victoria and Zac on the phone, be aware that all our phone calls are recorded so if they have by voice assured you that you will be switched to the v4, I am confident than that will be the case.
There are different teams that work different hours in different locations and we have a great deal of energy specialists out there. Did you make Manny aware about your phone call and what it has been promised?Last edited by Bennie_R97; 23-06-23 at 19:39.

Bennie, I received a phone call from Victoria and confirmed by Zac on What's App that I was being moved to Loyalty v4, and I have made Manny aware of this by sending a screen shot of the message from Zac.
All I am asking for is the confirmation by E mail that I am being switched to Loyalty v4 and to see the actual unit rates and standing charges .
It is the reason that I made my official complaint because I kept receiving misleading information from your colleagues.

Bennie, yet another confusing and misleading message on What's App from another of your colleagues. Why am I getting so many different stories from your colleagues.This time from Tunde, saying the tariff is not ready yet but as I am already on a fixed tariff, it should be sorted by 2nd October. !!! Unbeivable
